Shipping Policy
1) Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
a. Dynabook Americas uses FedEx to ship packages.
b. All Dynabook Americas laptop orders purchased from the Dynabook Americas online store require customer signature upon delivery.
c. All shipments receive a tracking number from FedEx. You will receive the tracking number via email from DBA-OrderSupport@dynabook.com. If you are having trouble tracking a package, or have an issue with delivery, please contact FedEx directly at (800) 463-3339. FedEx tracking site is https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html.
d. Dynabook Americas is not responsible for tracking packages and cannot assist with shipping and delivery issues.
2) Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping and any applicable handling charges are based on the products purchased or subtotal of your order and the total merchandise shipping weight. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges when provided, but handling fees may still apply.
The estimated FedEx Ground Shipping delivery date is between 5 to 8 business days from the date the order is placed and does not include weekends or holidays.
FedEx orders placed and processed by 12PM noon, Pacific Time, typically ship the same day. Orders placed and processed after this time will typically ship the following business day.
Dynabook Americas is not responsible for packages that are not delivered in the expected shipping time frame. Further, it may take 1-2 business days to process the order completely. If your package is not delivered on time, please contact FedEx (800) 463-3339. Dynabook Americas will not refund shipping charges in the case that FedEx fails to meet expected shipping times.
3) Holiday Shipments
Seasonal shipping and delivery delays may occur during high volume months.
4) Taxes
Local sales tax are additional and will be collected based on the ship-to address on your order. For more information refer to the Dynabook Americas Online Store Terms and Conditions.
5) Shipping Restrictions
Dynabook Americas offers shipping within the continental United States.
Dynabook Americas does not ship to addresses containing P.O. boxes. Please make sure when you are entering your order that you include a company or residential street address for ship-to information.
Please make sure that all of your personal information including the delivery address is correct before placing an order on the Shop.US.Dynabook.com ordering site. Dynabook Americas is not responsible for packages that are refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable by the carrier based on the address you provided.
6) Lost or Damaged
If you have not received your order, after the product has shipped and you have received your tracking number, please contact FedEx (800) 463-3339 before emailing the Dynabook Americas support team directly at DBA-OrderSupport@dynabook.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to take photos of any visible damage to the shipping carton, packaging materials and/or the merchandise ordered as applicable, and immediately contact the Dynabook Americas support team directly at DBA-OrderSupport@dynabook.com to submit a Return Request Authorization. The instructions to submit a Return Request Authorization are detailed in the Dynabook Americas Online Store Return Policy. Please save all shipping/packaging materials and merchandise as delivered to you.
7) Notification of Changes
From time to time, Dynabook Americas may choose to change the Shipping Policy. Dynabook Americas will notify you of material changes to the Shipping Policy by posting the revised Shipping Policy on Dynabook Americas Online Store with an updated effective date. Dynabook Americas recommends that you check back on a periodic basis to review the current Shipping Policy. Any updates, revisions, supplements, modifications or amendments to the Shipping Policy shall be effective immediately upon its posting via Dynabook Americas Online Store and will only be applicable to disputes arising, or arising out of events occurring, after such posting has been made. You agree that you will continue to be bound by the Shipping Policy, however and whenever it is updated, revised, supplemented, modified, or amended, if you continue to purchase from Dynabook Americas Online Store after the updates, revisions, supplements, modifications, or amendments have been posted.
