Who should I contact regarding my Order inquiries?
Order status inquiry requests should be sent to DBA-OrderSupport@dynabook.com.
In your email, please provide the following information so we may respond to your request as soon as possible.
- The Order ID (e.g., DBASHOP-xxxx)
- Order date
- Full name (first and last name) and Company name on the order
How can I see status of all my Orders placed?
To see your order history, you will need to create an account on Shop.US.Dynabook.com.
- Please click on the "person icon" in the top righthand corner on the store homepage.
- You will be asked to enter your email address on the store site.
- You will receive a 6-digit verification code to your email address provided.
- Enter the verification code to log into your account on Shop.US.dynabook.com.
- You can set up your account profile.
